I received a telephone call at 0756 on 18 June out of this organization Morgan & Morgan in Florida declaring that I'm being called and social securtiy number are now being called in a suit to get a pay day loan from the business named US Cash Loan. The paralegal's title is Shawn Woods. The corporation won't provide me-any details about this matter apart from the title of the lawyer, the organization that I'm guess to owe which on SUNDAY 19 June they'll be processing the match in courtroom, easily didn't look after the problem. Mr. Shawn Woods mentioned the mortgage was removed within the time period of THIS PAST YEAR NOVEMBER AND JANUARY. After I fixed him on tomorrow being SATURDAY he mentioned he intended MON so when I told him that this past year might have been DEC he got annoyed and beginning shouting at me informing me he wasn't likely to endure me fixing him. I expected for many kind of paperwork, confirmation of banking account utilized, confirmation of authorized agreement or any info that will verify this state. Mr. Shawn Woods mentioned he didn't need to confirm or show something in my experience so he would go right ahead and document the match and contact my company, then I'd need to response to the courtroom.
