Unfair practice, deceitful, broken promises

Mainly through his consultant, created deceiving remarks about their encounter and created guarantees they did not keep. Ostensibly required a large number of profit progress to get a mortgage loan modification... Then nearly 2 weeks later hadn't actually posted a towards the lender for that change, all-along while I had been in foreclosure. Additionally they did a baitandswitch... Guaranteed to focus on the mortgage in foreclosure, subsequently changed the agreement to see financing which was not in foreclosure... While verbally declaring these were truly likely to focus on another also... But obviously did not.

I asked to get a return... They delivered many back, but held $500... For nothing. Really I had been left worse-off using the bank than before I began together.

I asked for an sales of their time using the times/time they worked. Again... No reply... NOTHING.

They said I'd named an excessive amount of... After I named a few occasions looking for out about any improvement... But there isnot any... These were no longer working about the mortgage.

I'd not cope with them again... I actually donot feel they're honorable, truthful, or meaningful.
