False representation - taking of funds

Potential customer noticed ad in el clasificado, 6/23 problem, site 39. Potential customer named, created appointment for attorney representation for a restraining order filed against him. "lawyer" cited him $800 about the phone.in the office, a men recognized himself as "john torrejon, lawyer" and changed his fee to $1200. Customer paid $1200 and obtained bill and left the building. He thought they were legit lawyer's office and he expected them to represent him on certain day. 1 week before the court day, customer couldn't get the lawyer outlined within the calbar.org entries as lawyer. No calls were being returned.
