Poor customer service

I bought a Gateway Pc from Hsn in- May. I first had an issue with this specific computer last year. They delivered a specialist in from Lawyer Digital their guarantee people. The specialist destroyed my whole computer. I'd to deliver my pc to Louisianna to Lawyer. Today my check has gone out an I named Dec. 16 to record the issue. I'd to contact Lawyer plus they offered me the run-around. I then found out that Lawyer can't restore my pc. Hsn safety plus is pulling their toes about changing my pc.By today Jan. 6 they've not provided me an answer.
