Bad customer service

Customer support appears to be a lost art. This Lawyer is just a nationwide company and makes only money-off its customers but seemingly have dropped the initial step to any company (Customer Support) I named them for many assistance on the issue broad-casted within the tv but all I obtained was perspective, I am sorry that I lost my time together. The next time Ill not pay attention to the industrial and certainly will utilize regional assistance... Lesson learned.
