Please beware! My partner and that I visited them for mortgage loan modification. Your first relationships with them was within the telephone, plus they required revenue quantity of mortgage etc. Then we put up a gathering together. I had been advised to create all our files, mortgage claims, tax results, etc. We spoke for around one-hour and not did they operate our revenue to the mortgage amount. We quit going for 500.00 togo through our documents. They stated they'd contact us in of a week. Per week later they named and stated they might not assist us since our debt to revenue percentage was to large. I'm so pissed down since all-they centered there desison on was our revenue vs. Our mortgage amount that they might have completed within the telephone or atleast whenever we visited observe them-and invested one hour referring to our scenario. Therefore we settled 500.00 in order for them to ostensibly inform us they might not support us. I want they'd have run the easy figures and informed us that before we gave them 500.00.
