Ahren Tiller Passed the buck

I paid $3,320 in April to get a mortgage loan modification through Apollo Financing and Realty, which in turn "switched the document over" to Coalition Law Center. After months of me delivering updated economic data, reassurances from ALC that "government recommendations maintain changing, creating setbacks" I got swept up on my mortgage repayments and hadnot noticed from ALC in a number of months. I obtained a letter from Ahren Tiller, the attorney designated to discuss with my bank on March 19, telling me he was departing Coalition Law Heart to follow additional efforts (just like a rat from the sinking vessel), which Cameron Edwards have been designated to my situation, he (quoting straight in the notice) "is just a really gifted, hardworking and exceptionally experienced lawyer. I guarantee you that you're in excellent hands." I extended to contact ALC and my fie was handed from individual to individual (obviously more subjects were running the vessel). Lastly, I obtained a box from my bank on August 3 ostensibly requesting all of the info I'd actually directed at ALC beginning with block one, as though ALC never actually approached them. They did not guide ALC within the box, so when I named ALC to inquire about this, they never delivered my phone. Since I have had decided to not discuss directly using the bank, I thought it was the right process. I quit messages for that consultant, Rhodel Pelimiano, Cameron Edwards, and named severala times in AROW without any individual contact. I tried contacting equally at ALC without any solutions. It's been over per month without any contact, and that I understand lots of others have been in the exact same scenario. So what can we do? May we group together and sue, or could it be a missing cause? I didnot lose my house, but others did, which is incorrect. I do want to do something positive about this.
