Unfair working conditions

I work on the port within the container in Pasadena, California. Shop #323. It has happend in my experience twice currently, I have been stopped from work with per week without so much like a telephone call to allow me to know. I have been likely to simply appear to function to see im not about the routine whatsoever... I wonder if this really is illegal... My supervisor continues to be providing me 4 hours PER WEEK!!! And crazy times like midnight to 4 on the Sunday evening... And i dont have a car. I am likely to consider the coach at these hours? I wonder the way you are designed to consider these purchases on period once the people you use all proceed upstairs in the same time for you to do lord knows what all night and that Iam left on my own to complete everything. After which I enter difficulty for not being quickly enough... Totally illegal if you ask me! Nearly enough to create me wish to prosecute...
