Terrible experience

In March we permitted Cathy Gallagher, operator of Siennapointe Vizslas to look after our Vizsla, Move while My Spouse and that I recovered from medical problems. Cathy may be the initial breeder of our puppy.in July we settled $1300 for Move. He turned section of our household but we couldn't take care of him since My Spouse had severe medical problems and that I seriously laserated two of my fingertips in a circular saw incident.

She'd My Spouse move her 50% of the AKC possession to her since she stated it had been required to supply medical interest for Move in case there is an urgent situation. Cathy statements I breached the agreement since I required Move towards the boarding service. Nowhere about the agreement does it say I can't do that. I also advised Cathy at that time and he or she never was worried about it. She's today by using this to put claim on our puppy since she miscalculated the AKC doc thinking it was a method of getting possession.

I do want to alert others if they're contemplating a Vizsla to not get one from sienna pointe vizslas. Ms. Gallagher doesn't recognize her agreements. She was dishonest in not telling me of the AKC doc. She misrepresented her motives to My Spouse in requesting her trademark about the doc for medical reasons once the actual cause was to try and consider possession from us. She assured us our puppy when our medical condition improved. She currently includes a private vendetta against us since we asked her morally.

She advised the Sanfords to not launch Move to us despite the fact that we're his legitimate owners. We settled $1300 for him and need him back. Our children request nearly daily whenever we can get him back. He was an extremely pleased, well-adjusted puppy when he was around. He's part of our household. It might take a large number of bucks in lawyer costs and weeks before we are able to get him back. I don't anybody considering using the services of her to-go through what our household went through.
