I'd prefer to continue report stating this hasbeen the toughest encounter actually; We to possess positioned our rely upon a business (Usa Regulation Team) that obviously doesn't have motives on assisting people like they claim. We began our procedure together in November and also to this day we've had little to no feed back whatsoever. Your present position is the fact that on Friday 03-19-09 we obtained a professional notice that people have now been summoned to courtroom in April and simply whenever we believed it mightnot get any worse we obtained another licensed notice Thursday 03-24-09 stating our home continues to be forclosed which we're to leave quickly. Since many of you-all understand we began calling Combined Regulation to determine that which was happening and we've just had the opportunity to consult with their customer planner division plus they are stating that they're just in a position to get records and deliver them within an email to the Processor (Elizabeth Babida) who never calls us back. At this time it seems as if we've dropped our home but what exactly is truly heart-breaking in my experience is the fact that I've two small children that'll not have the ability to develop in your home/community they have arrived at enjoy sooo much.
