I.C. Methods is among the toughest debt collectors. They do not realize the regulations and use rude conduct to gather on the obligations. They're traditional when I couldn't deliver a contact or fax arguing the costs they declare I owe, but rather I've to deliver "snail" email. I've previously delivered the notice however they cannot verify that they've obtained the notice since another division addresses that. They just have one choice to deliver communication plus they do not actually understand if that's operating. I'm being positive in working with this challenge and approached them the moment I obtained the notice from their website. Despite the fact that I approached them-and delivered a notice, they've extended their harrasing, rude telephone calls. The Texas Debt Collections Act prohibits debt collectors from "make use of the phone to harass borrowers by calling anonymously or producing recurring or constant calls". The corporation has extended to create recurring telephone calls despite the fact that I've informed them that I had been delivering a written reply. They do not realize regulations plus they hardly understand the timelines given underneath the regulation for customers to verify "actual" selection actions against them. If it doesn't end, I'll have to employ a lawyer to prosecute them for problems. When they had just completed their actions based on the regulation, I'd have settled any exceptional quantity that I really owe for them or every other lender.
