Our bank account (WAMU) was accessed and cash OVER $1000 ($967.50 &$100 charge) was obtained (stolen) from my bill. No body examined the ss# towards the title, tackle etc. It's NOT me. The attys workplace Mel Harris 212 571-4900 proceeded without confirming any information. MCI seemingly approved my SS# and did NO checking both. THE atty's office created a terrible error ms hernandezx 3225, glen miller X 3275 Olivia Spratley x3368, is hard to contact. I've been contacting since 12/26/08 to correct this out to no avail. THE attorneys are observed at Mel Harris esq. 116 Steve SAINT Manhattan NY 10038. I've talked to Ms. Hernandez x 3225 Glen Miller x3275 and Olympia spratley x 3368. They realize they created an error. Really a large error was created anywhere. Your debt is from Juanitais relationship to Bob. MCI somehow got my ss# (it's one-digit from Juanita's). Therefore MCI did not examine the ss# towards the individual, then your debt was offered ultimately winding up with Mel Harris esq (dishonest lawyer) who mistakenly put a levy on my banking account -Wamu who didn't execute research both. They got my $ that we am looking to get back. Several people at fault below: MCI, Mel Harris (got the levy) on wrong data. And Wamu - did no checking both. THEREFORE no body adopted research.
