Eleven years ago, I had been offered with divorce documents (after 20 years relationship& 2children later) within this beautiful no-fault state-of CT.

I appointed an Atty who'd a great trustworthiness of being Comprehensive/Fair I maintained him & decided to the $21,000 all-inclusive fee. (a lot of cash today, a genuine large amount of $ then!)

I just achieved with him twice w/4 the two proceedings just before ultimate breakup hearing. He was NEVER avail absent on holidays 5 in 9 weeks! OUR CALLS WERE SELDOM IF @ ALL DELIVERED HE WAS ILL-PREPARED ETC. I'd to complete my very own legitimate study because he was unavailable and didn't document correct movements (Iwould later discover)

Common in ct a breakup atty is paid entirely by final decree - he was. FAST-FORWARD 4 ATTY'S &SEVERAL REATINERS WITH JUST ONE HEARING WITH INCORRECT MOVEMENTS SUBMITTED (change of child-support, completeing Quadro etc.) I & my kids hurt up10yrs afterwards with 1/3 of the rippoff decreed tenyrs previously. All renegotiated without my knowledge. All on the way i asked all this watts@ the Club Assoc., Judiciary Committee, and any organization that's designed to check Courtroom/Atty exercise - The Clear Answer provided "it is extremely sad but occasionally a few individuals slide through the authorized breaks and also you & your kids simply been among the several."
