Did not have my permision to release my prescription s to any one but me - premerin homone pills

I was under anastesia having surgery and when i came thru i found out that they released my prescriptions to my husband which i did not autherize them to do my husband is hard of hearing and paid for one of my prescriptions that i had no intention of filling or taking. When i was released a couple of hours later i went to return that prescription and they wouldnt take it back still groggy from the anastesia i got very upset the $100.00 paid out for that prescription was our grocery money for this week today is 2/26 this incident occurred on 2/20/201 (3 we have done without this week Now the prescriptions were legal prescriptions in my name i neede to know what legal right did the pharemacy have to let some one other than me pick up my prescriptions without my consent do i need to contact the dea too since they regulate all controlled medications all i want is too be reimbursed for the pharmacies neglagence the money that was put out for the hormone pills that i would not have given consent for them to fill and release please let me know where to go from here because i am disgusted thank you Michelle Dupuy (the prescrition name was premerin)
