I phoned Waste Mgmt. About a billing I received asking for the amount of $27.87. It stated resume service fee, when my service was never cut off or did I receive a notice of discontinuance for the service. According to the Representative Melissa, she stated that she would not waive the fee because a automatic phone call went out to my cell phone. I informed her that I never received the call. She stated a message should have been left. My problem is if my voice mail is full I cannot receive messages, and usually my voice mail is full, so I need to know if that is valid and do that replace the written letter of discontinuance. I am not happy with the decision of me paying for something that never stopped services or not receiving anything that my services was to be discontinued.
