Return policy is a scam

Buyers beware! Return policy is just a fraud! I requested ceramic dishes on August 1 - after 10 times and bill I named (best of luck obtaining a individual) and also the woman explained that within the fine-print them didnt ship out until following the 16th! I didint remember that, but there is no evidence of my purchase on my bill - all I'd was an order verification, confirming thye were pleased to demand my card. Plus they did. Nowadays I called back and informed them to overlook it - I simply need my money-back, the pleasure is finished. But I had been educated that I'd need to wait before purchase was delivered to my home, then reuqest a return slide and spend to come back it MYSELF!!! Bear in mind this material hasnt actually been delivered IN MY EXPERIENCE however! Beware.
