They take your money and never respond or deliver products. I was had for $1,290.00 but Paypal reversed the charges. They have an F-Rating with the BBB. Do some searching before purchasing anything from these people. You can search fro them on Google and there is alot of negative stuff coming up in the last 12-18 months. The BBB F rating was due to no response or non delivery. So unless you have money just to send these people please do some research before buying rom them. You can purchase mermaid tails from other places, Mermagica may be cheaper but from many reviews you also get what you pay for (if you even get them at all!) Don't take any chances and buy from confidence from the dozens of other vendors out there. Also try to call them first at the number listed on their site, no one will ever call you back. Very dissatisfied with Mermagica.com and the Davila Family
