We hired Mr. Rafael to do IT work for us. We paid him in advance. We started to figure out that he had little or NO knowledge in the computer field at all. As soon as he realized we were made aware of such a fact he started to get agitated and defensive on the job. He started to make up excuses one after the other why things could not be installed or why he was LATE, TIRED, and very WINEY about the project. We had to hire another IT Specialist to finish the job. The new guy told us that Rafeal Davila had done us more harm than good and that he knew nothing about a simple project that a 5 year old could finish. After that... Mr. Davila Started to stalk us through email and phone calls. This guy had 3 personalities by the time we were finished with him. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy. CONSUMERS please RUN! Instead of FLAT RATE COMPUTER SERVICES this company should be called...
