Test Double assistance aren't useful. There so-called "24/7 online chat assistance" is just a laugh. It's not at all 24/7. Whenever you email them for help, they clearly do not read it, simply because they respond having a scripted reaction. I'm not able to utilize their products since I've a MAC notebook with no use of a Windows OS, that will be required to make use of their goods.
