I have to give this a thumbs down strictly on the false advertising on how easy this is to convert. WRONG!!! I was not able to keep my own number as promised. It involves calling your provider to release it to be "ported". Tons of hoop jumping just to get it registered. Now if you don't mind a new number, I guess it would work wonderfully for you. Mine is business related so a new number was out of the question... I suggest live chat help..instructions are not clear and are misleading... Live chat was excellent. Please allow several hours to get it up running and issues worked out. I made new friends after 3 hours on live chat trying to figure this thing out. Then I couldn't get a refund on the gadget because it was "undeliverable" to my address for about 3 weeks.: 0 why I do not know. Live chat did straighten it out, but I was nearly in tears by then... It goes out in the mail tomorrow as a return. If they credit me back you will never hear from me again...
