I should watch for compensation for anything they never had

Requested from their store 5 containers of eyemakeup removal. They charged my bill. Delivered mean email requesting to confirm after which delivered mail they delivered the purchase. Three nights later I named plus they stated they didn't have inventory. I questioned why did they cost me once they didn't have inventory and just why they made it happen. The reaction was " this really is our bodies"- Horrible customer support Today i should watch for compensation for anything they never had!!
