One of my worst experiences from ordering online

Among my toughest encounters from purchasing online. I put an order on the Thursday night with 2nd evening air delivery (additional $15). The purchase did not send until Friday.

Along with that, I'd requested a dimension little for My Spouse, after I examined the verification the next evening I mentioned that they'd my purchase like a Big! I immediately called customer care. Below will be the reaction, which provided nothing apart from platitudes.

"thanks for the request. I actually do demonstrate that you simply requested a size big. If that’s what's demonstrated in your confirmation mail. The purchase was already prepared and delivered. In subsequent emails, there is no reference to just how to return the incorrect size product. The only real platitude provided was performing overnight delivery about the proper measurement product.
