Purchesed a DVD and never received it

I requested a DVD from her after getting a web-based soldering course. It was never delivered. I noticed Sally personally and he or she offered a reason of getting to repeat the DVDis one at the same time so when she got house (she was in Florida training) she'd deliver it. I delivered several emails without any reaction. Delivered a notice also it was delivered. Named Paypal and my charge card organization to no avail since a lot of time had approved. With the grievances about the BBB site which site I'm persuaded that she's no honest business individual and cons lots of people within the span of her company.
