I've had A DREADFUL experience with this site. I requested a gown for my senior prom and originally it arrived beautifully, I truly loved it; nevertheless, this is not the issue. A few days afterwards my method to obtain the gown personalized I observed after I kept the liven up in to the daylight that there have been numerous stick spots and what appeared like burn scars. From there I adopted web sites return policy and got images of the gown and delivered them in detailing what had occurred. To date I've obtained horrible costumer support. They first explained "I believe the issue could be resolve rapidly. The dry-cleaner buddies can help you."

At that time I had been frustrated by their insufficient professionalism but I did so the things they stated and required it towards the drycleaners.
