Our child requested their free trial offer yesterday without my permission so when she browse the evaluations, she was unhappy. She explained about this and questioned easily may change the process and obtain my delivery cash back. To my shock, the so-called Boss, Jasmine or anything, was EXCESSIVELY rude and attempted to provide me recommend on the best way to be accountable with my charge card, in the place of correcting the problem. After I insisted to talk to a greater specialist, she merely stated "NO". I actually donot understand what type of a company they're operating, however in my estimation, really bad and unreliable. I'd think hard before purchasing something from their website.
