Charged my credit card for vitamin pills I didn't order and which were never delivered

I ordered the program from the Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety, but then decided not to use it, cancelled my order and sent their material back to them. A month later, I noticed a charge on my credit card from some outfit I'd never heard of — Good Living Labs, LLC. I found on the web that the two companies are affiliated, so I called the Midwest Center to get them to stop charging my account for unordered product.
They told me they could do nothing — it was a different company. And they said that I had authorized the purchase. And, incredibly, they said that the vitamin pills had been delivered (they were not).
Rather remarkable, seems to me.
I dealt only with the Midwest Center, and never ordered any vitamins. They place an order, unbeknownst to me, with "a sister company, " and then have the gall to say they can't do anything about it.
Clever, maybe. A ripoff — I think so. Shamefully unethical — duh!
