Unauthorized Transaction

I checked my bank account today and Bestpic.Biz, whoever you are, charged $5.70 to my account and when I called my bank they even used my debit card #'s. I want to know how you got my debit #'s and what allows you to charge things to peoples account when they did NOT authorize you to do so! Filing charges at the BBB, FTC and whom ever else I need to! Google search shows there address as:
