Unauthorized Charge

I had the same thing happen on September 29th. $4.60 was charges to an INACTIVE card that is somehow still linked to my account (I had that card replaced several months ago). I actually think this happened to me last year but I didn't pursue it because it was such a small amount. That's probably what bestpic.Biz is counting on, and I have a feeling they're doing this to hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. I'm going to pursue it this time.
