Purchase not received / got my money

I put an order on July 30 since the site stated that was the final evening they might deliver cigs. They lost almost no time getting the cash for that e check but I still haven't gotten my cigs. I've sent many times and also have attempted to achieve them about the telephone to no avail. I simply acquired a contact stating they sent them on September 24th but based on the website they've not been delivered. I can not afford to discard the cash for just two packages of cigs. Anybody have any guidance? Smoking Tones was previously excellent to cope with however now they're terrible.
