Auction Item Broken in Mail

I gained an auction on shopgoodwill.com to get a woodcarving. After I obtained them, it had been not correctly packed and had damaged. I really could stick it however the split it's still noticeable and that I didn’t bet on the damaged product. I've sent emails three times and had no reaction. It's now been seven days since I have obtained them and delivered the very first mail. It claims they'll react in 24 hours. I'd like my money-back! I told them I do want to return it and need all money-back and that I can't get any type of reaction from their website.

It was just my minute market that I gained from their store and that I won’t bother anymore. The very first market was a “lot” of products and also the product I truly needed was damaged when it came, but it was damaged before they delivered it. They just required an image in one aspect of it and didn’t state something about this not being complete. I sent that vendor plus they returned section of my income. I thought it had been a fluke and so I bet again (weeks later) with this carving. No further. Shopgoodwill.com is just a rip off.
