Unauthorized credit card charges

Since March, of 2011 Rating Feeling has billed my charge card $29.95 monthly to get a support of checking my charge cards against deceptive activiity. I've never caught for this support,, nor identify the corporation. The charge card included is Find Card and processing a criticism against Rating Feelingis charges with Discover Card led to their starting a study of those costs. I've since obtained a notice from Discover Card that I'm certainly accountable for these costs and they'll not recognize that I never did register for providers with Rating Feeling. With all this from Discover card, I'm compelled to shut my bill together to avoid these regular costs continuing ad infinitum.

Rating Feeling seems to have my e-mail address, house address, and clearly my Discover Card number. How this happened is confusing in my experience and that I can only just conjecture that I'm the target of some type of computer scam.

I intend to document a police statement in addition to a criticism using the authorities, Work of the Comptroller of Currency.
