I requested a toner carteidge out of this site about the 25th March. They debited our company consideration using the £37.94 the next evening. On Friday the 30th March I telephoned them, it required many attemps because they were continuously involved, but bought a guy named Gordon who stated it'd be around by Thursday. I also delivered and email that same-day and had an answer to that particular impact fro a Sarah Fraser.

Your toner didn't appear as guaranteed, and so I delivered another email on 02-04-09. I'd an answer on 06-04-09 again from Sarah Fraser to say this could be dilivered on Wednesday and he or she might verify the courier facts and following info.

Tuesday arrived and went but still no toner. I telephoned about the 9th April and talked to Gordon again who stated we'd have it however they were really unorganised there. I gave him the advantage of the question. I waited an additional week and nothing.

I sent an additional email on 15-04-09 seeking a return. I've attempted to telephone about 6 times every day departing the telephone continuously buzzing but my phone wasn't acquired.

Apparently, I simply attempted again today (21-04-09) preventing our phone number and also the phone was responded with a woman named July who did not understand much, I questioned her to get a reimbursement and offered her the velevant facts. She stated that she'd move this onto another person but couldn't provide me a title who'd be coping with it but might get an email delivered to me with verification of the email.

Also once the cash arrived of our consideration it had been underneath the title of R.T. Stennis & Co Ltd. I cam't discover an address for Offike but R.T. Stennis & Co Ltd are on the web in the tackle - Device 1 Lake See Business Park, Friarton Road, Perth, Perthshire, PH2 8DF.
