A couple of months before a lady declaring she was from Konica Minolta named to inform me our toner costs were rising, and they didn't deliver a notice within the email. She stated she might provide me with toner to last in to the new year in the same cost we are spending today. I thought her, and he or she had some man fax over a verification. I acquired the fax, and at the end of the linen was IDCSERVCO. Konica Minolta was scrawled over the the top of linen. It appeared really dubious. I googled IDCSERVCO, simply to discover numerous issues using the exact same tales like mine. I also known as Konica Minolta to verify they do not conduct business with one of these men. They, actually, don't undergo other people to market toner. The man who sent me kept calling me to ensure I signal the linen and fax-back. I told them KM does not conduct business together, and also the Better Business Institution has provided them a score of Y. They man seemed amazed and hung-up on me. I also submitted a about the BBB, and got a telephone call from some man called Snodgrass. He held me about the telephone for some time attempting to clarify that the things they do isn't dishonest. I clearly did not get it. Amusing thing is, I told my sweetheart about that, and a week ago he got an extremely similar phone! The repetition stated these were from Konica Minolta, and he informed them-they do not have a KM in the office. They hungup on him. Exactly what a good way to complete business, SERVCO! Watch out for them. Usually consider something similar to this before purchasing or signing something!
