Scam

I'm having a challenge by having an online organization, Slipcovers.com. Shortly, I bought 2 slipcovers; they didn't match my couches. I instantly delivered them & required a refund, & Slipcovers. Comis reaction was the slipcovers were delivered "with spots", so that they are declining to issue a refund. The quantity of both slipcovers is simply under $150. I reside in Vermont, & Slipcovers.com is just a business in Ny. I'm 100% good that I definitely didn't spot their slipcovers, since all I did so was remove them of the bundle, attempt to encourage them to fit the couches, & when there is no means I really could encourage them to match, I collapsed them up & delivered them back. Slipcovers.com statements they have "pictures of the spots". I never captured the slipcovers, but used to do not discover any spots after I was attempting to hook them up to, & there's no method that possibly slipcover might have perhaps been stained during my ownership.

I really do the majority of my shopping on the internet, & luckily haven't encounter every other issues. (Normally, I'd need to stop buying online. This problem n / Slipcovers.com is becoming this type of trouble, & I dislike problems!) Usually, online buying is really simple & handy. Our charge card business says there's nothing they are able to do. I understand there has to be some government company that addresses customer issues like mine. If anybody has any guidance or recommendations, I'd be most grateful. Thanks.
