No respond from company after paying for the merchandis

I saw a ad on Craig's list for ATV for sale. I contact the ad and he told me to go to Online Sales Depot and register. I looked at the sight and it all look good. The seller said he gave all the ownership documents to them and after they receive the funds from me, they will ship the ATV paid by the seller (I thought is was great deal; shipping included $3000.00). I register at their sight and they instruct me the wire transfer information. On July 5th, I went to my bank and I used my corporate checking account to send the funds. On July 27th, they sent me an email stating that they did receive the money but the register name and the money where it was wired was two different names (I forgot, the purchase is for my job so I used the corporate checking account). So, right away, I email them with attachment of my corporation document stating my name and my corporate name with same address. I email the seller, I have not heard from him after I wired the money to OSD and I emailed him four times that what is going on but no reply. I emailed OSD and not heard from them yet.

I'm I been too jumpy about being scammed? I mean, they were responding rather quickly before I wired the funds and now no responds. Can some one tell me that I should give more time for them to respond?
