Unhelpful when it comes to returns

Never purchase anything at these costs without viewing it personally. The caliber of these vanities aren't worthwhile.

I bought two. The very first one includes a doorway that weighs unequal from day-one. After I requested customer support, they explained it had been not their issue and that I need to contact the maker.

The 2nd mirror was designed to have a brushed nickel strain. It didn't. After I requested for that trade they explained it don't maintain inventory for another 8 wks.

In addition they created the error of incorporating a reflection to my purchase. I fixed them. Today they need the mirror back. They better not cost me. This is actually the greatest frustration.
