Charge of 14.95 that I never approved

I purchesed handful of products from their store on June 14 and on July 7 a cost of 14.95 seems on my consideration without me actually becoming a member of something. No body is about the telephone and we submited a cancelation and we will have when they will-call us back tomorrow. How rude!
