Fail to deliver item. Scammers

I ordered a leather vest and paid in full through PayPal. Leathericon promised delivery by December 25, however several days before the delivery date I recieved an email from them requesting additional money because of a price hike. I told them I already paid in full as agreed and would not send them any more money. This company is located in India. The customer contact was very rude and would not honor the agreement. I filed a grievance through Paypal. Do not do business with Leathericon. They are a rip off and will try to scam you for more money.
