I lost $105 to them

This site claims to be e currency exchangers. They give mouth watering offer of exchange rate as follows:

1lr usd — gt;1.28 pm usd

1LR USD — gt;1.19 Pecunix

When you pay for an exchange, they trap your money and ask you to pay for membership activation fee of $69 or thereabout. When you call the telephone line on the site, no one picks your call. F you ask for a refund they stop responding to your mails.

I lost $105 to them. I wish I could find a way of bringing the site down.
