Absolute crooks, avoid at all costs

I requested 2 HTC devices on the 5/6 for £475, I hqve received no order confirmation only confirmation from the bank who processed the order that the cash choose to go through. Despite three calls for their customer support and numerous communications via their site I still don't have any written verification of the purchase. I've since attempted to stop the purchase but again no written verification. Complete criminals prevent no matter what - observe additional encounters on trustpilot.co.uk and webutation.net.
