Carparts.com
This is without a doubt the most bizarre experience I have ever had in business transaction

Internet & Web / Online Scam

This really is let me make it clear probably the most weird encounter I've ever endured running a business deal. On the site they exhibited Hella halogen headlights. Hella may be the oem headlight in BMW, Mercedes, etc. A German organization having a first class status. I needed an upgraded for just one of the Hella lamps on my vehicle. From Carparts.com I requested the 7' H4 halogen headlight underneath the hella line, the purchase estimated $55 bucks, a great value. I couple of days later I received a-7' 'delta' manufacturer headlight from the business in California. A excellent approximation of what I requested and taken care of, but various to look at, column distribution and profile. Why might I'd like two dissimiar headlights on my traditional mercedes? After rechecking my purchase, I approached Carparts.com... The client representative insisted using the resoluteness of the N. Japanese propagandist that I'd received an authentic Hella product. She'd not be detered in her insistence they had delivered a Hella component... Humorous the presentation and item do not say hella everywhere... And of course nation or origin. The Hella item has got the unique hella emblem and 'produced in Germany' everywhere. They 'generously' were likely to 'permit' me to come back it having a 15% restocking fee... And that I pay shipping. Remember I'd the real item to match up against! Heres a quotation from the Carparts.com mail 'The component number, when you are ready to confirm is just a HELLA part number 01-1149-14. Heading more, you're ready to come back them for a complete reimbursement, once we aren't likely to have every other HELLA headlamps for your automobile' This Is Actually The response I received after I basically required they deliver me what I requested and taken care of! Thats the best part number for that real hella item and also the delta item I received... I examined the hella site plus they have nothing called delta. Over 2dozen emails backwards and forwards attempting to persuade me that up was down and dark was white. Remember that client repetition that would'nt let a man stop his AOL.?? You receive the image. They kept requiring ceaslessly that I'd an authentic Hella product. Why did not it state Hella??? Phony components and soviet-period customer support... Caveat emptor. I saved every email for posterety... Will make a great bout of 'The Twilight Zone'!
