This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had

I permitted 6-10 business days to get my bundle, after which I actually paid additional for goal delivery (3-5 business days) to ensure I'd contain it from the period of my cousinis bachelorette party, and my package didn't get to period for that occasion. I named the "customer support" point numerous occasions and maintained obtaining the same concept that "all reps were hectic" - Yes right, all the time of your day. Thats a scam. The concept encourages one to abandon a voice-mail - however the mail is complete. I ULTIMATELY got to somebody and described that I'd just like a return. Their reaction was "Ok, contact me back again to I would like to understand it's on the road and that I may approach that reimbursement for you personally" - did not request my purchase quantity and sometimes even my name. Whatever - I'm-not likely to start the container and simply send it back. Does not actually matter easily get my money-back, I simply need this annoying knowledge to become over.
