Doesn't provide what is advertised

I am having issues with WebWatcher providing me a refund declaring that after I attempted the test edition I lose any to a return.

To begin with they promote you are able to check and handle Facebook/MySpace. This is not true when the pc you're checking employs the brand new Opera browser. I had been attempting to check my 13-year old kids computer-use and he or she is principally on Facebook, and so I did their online talk and was informed that the way around which was utilizing the screenshots. So. Because that had worked I bought the merchandise. (discovering that you might want to pay for more should you needed any improvements they'd). After I bought the program I came across there's a restriction on-screen images. If you like more, you have to purchase more. Additionally, it exhibits a restriction of 1000 screenshots and that I just have 171 recorded. (???)

They misrepresented that which was ready to be achieved after I was testing out the support and today won't return my income.
