This place, to me, are thieves and I will never ever order from that place again after the way I been treated

On March 13 I put an order to get a 3inch Black-Diamond lift package, 2 kc lights along with a dropped pitman arm. Within that week I acquired the dropped pitman arm, okay great.By April 13 I've yet to receive the lift package and two kc lights. And so I contact to determine when these is likely to be delivered in my experience which T.J. From customer support mentioned another 4-10 months. This blew my brain and need my purchase ended and also to be returned $700 plus bucks. He got an attitude reading this stating a check is likely to be shipped and suddenly hung-up on me. Our documents demonstrate they did consider the cash from my bank cards and he explained they didn't. He then said oh yes there is a cost created and we shall deliver a check for you.By April 22 I still have yet to determine my $700 reimbursement and so I named quadratec again described my scenario to Jared (who had been ethical) and stated a check has been shipped for you via advantages in one single week 5. Reduced and see it's May 4th but to determine my $700. Should this happen to you undergo attorney-generals office and they'll assist and help you. This location, in my experience, are thieves and that I WOn't actually purchase from that place again following the method I been handled.
