Never again!

I went into Burlington Coat Manufacturer to place some gadgets for my boy on layaway for Holiday. I offered a cash-down cost towards the worker at that time of my purchase. I returned per week later to get the items however the shop workers were having trouble obtaining my products. I stood in the customer support stop for over one hour awaiting them to find the toys. No fortune. The shop workers weren't supportive at-all... Just sometimes recognizing my existence and stating"they are still searching".

I got tired of awaiting my purchase and so I requested for my cash back. The worker explained that I'd need to delay to get my money-back within the type of a sign in the email given that they would need to consider it a "Dropped Layaway". She stated that it will get to 7-10 business days.
