Unauthorized item charged to my credit card

After I examined my charge card I came across an unauthorized product that were billed to my bill. The purchase day was 11/04 for that quantity of $99.95 and was from McAfee.com 866-622-3911CA. I never requested something from McAfee when I curently have the program on my pc which doesn't require upgrading or something extra-added and also have no idea why they'd cost me for anything used to donot purchase.

I'm exceedingly furious and have which you please ensure that you credit my bill with $99.95 instantly.
