They took my money straight away and then e-mailed to say that the item could not be delivered

I put an order with this site on 29th January they got my cash immediately after which e mailed to express the product couldn't be shipped until 2nd week in March. I stated it was okay so long as it had been this day whilst the match was for my grandma for my wedding and he or she can't escape and about. The Next week in Feb arrived but still no match, this really is where my problem begins up to now I've named them continuously and also the point is definitely involved, I've delivered numerous emails as well as delivered an email on the website but still no body has approached me. Obviously the marriage hasbeen and eliminated plus they have nevertheless not approached me!!! I've today documented them-and reduced and see they've a an indication on therir website informing they have had program issues since Feb how convinient - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE THEY'RE HORRIBLE.
