Internet & Web / Online Scam

When registering for this service, which incidently was somewhat 'advertised' on national television as a reputable venture, one is required to register with a pay source in the event one would 'win' the selected auction. At that time, they inconspicuously bill the new member a 'one-time' fee of 159.00, unbeknownst to the member. No pop-up indicating such, no notice, just cha-ching, your card will be automatically billed the 159.00. When calling the customer support service line, or particpating in their 'customer service assistance' chat option, the same sentence is repeated over and over; "we cannot correct the charge, but you may download and print a credt correction via our website and we will consider removing the charge from your card. Is there anything else I can help you with today?"... As if it's an automated or auto-generated response from the company.
