They got all the email addresses for a local charity I am involved with and repeatedly send unsolicited marketing emails

I've never applied Greensideonline.com, however somehow they got all of the mail addresses to get a regional charity I'm associated with and repeatedly deliver unsolicited advertising emails. The unsubscribe emails do not get actioned plus they have to date not responded to some simple mail I've delivered them requesting to get rid of mail details from their listings and supply information on how they got the e-mail addresses within the first place.
