I fear I have lost £60 worth of goods as I don't expect them to ever arrive or to get my money back

Spend over £100. Paid £9 for what stated to become one-day shipping. Obtained nothing for months then ultimately obtained one-part. Its been per month today and that Iam still awaiting the remainder. Whenever you contact customer support you seldom obtain a reaction. I approached subsequently over yesterday and that Iam still waiting to listen to back. They do not appear to react to me until I deliver an email, a week later deliver another email. I worry I've dropped £60 value of products when I do not expect them to actually appear or even to get my cash back.
